Each piece is an original work of art and made with care. Because of the unique and artistic nature of these items, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within five days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Refunds will only be considered in cases of verified damage, loss, or fulfillment error. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
