Transient forms stems from my interest as an artist in mixing media of digital composite and food photography. Transient forms are hand painted fruits and vegetables which are photographed separately and then composited together, they are uniquely balancing each other vertically. The tones are monochromatic in a way that the sculptures are the same color as the background, keeping the the idea of an illusionistic approach and moment in time. This is also done in a way to immortalize the perishable items that I typically work with. Transient Forms was created with the ambiguous idea of being seen but not at the same time.
